This figure is part of the 1999 Magne power series from Takara. This Microman helicopter has a secret Cup of Noodles base called Spicy Noodle - Pepper. The vehicle can be split in half and used as wings for the Magne Robotman. The Spy Heli also comes came with an exclusive version of Magne Microman Kirk.
